Inventory input UX redesign
Camera scan and manual input flows were simplified to reduce capture time.
Inventory input directly affects onboarding and retention, but the previous flow split camera scan and manual entry too aggressively and made data capture feel expensive.
The redesign lets users review and fix camera results immediately, while manual entry is treated as a supporting path instead of the default.
That reduces cognitive load and shortens the time required to complete the first inventory registration.
